Whats going on near Us

It can be difficult to find the right services, group or information particularly when the internet is over loaded with so many things. We are collating information that we feel is relevant to Older people, this includes, groups and organisations that run a number of groups, information and advice or support services, as well as smaller groups that run within the area.

ACW News and Newsletter, includes information about what we have done, who has funded us and what we are planning for the further including fund raising events, groups and clubs. Back issues of our-newsletter can be found here as well.

Community events is a collated list of what is available in the area. It includes small groups meeting in community spaces and specific events for older people or those with dementia. If someone has ask about a group and we’ve found one, check it’s running then it will go here. It will not include all the events, groups and clubs in the area as some people do not wished to be listed and we do not have a large amount of time to devote to this.
