Arts and Crafts Group

We’re already looking ahead to autumn and thinking about some new activities to try. If you enjoy getting creative, we’re delighted to be working with The Artful Hub to offer a series of Crafternoon Sessions, starting on Tuesday 15th September 2026.

Our first session will be Button Heart Canvases. No previous crafting experience is needed—just come along and enjoy yourself! We’ll begin at 14:30 with a relaxed cuppa before creating your own button heart design.

The sessions are free, but booking is essential so we can make sure we have enough materials for everyone.

If you’d like to find out more, The Artful Hub will be holding a Meet & Greet at the Spencer Denney Centre on Saturday 25th July 2026, from 12:00 to 14:00. Come along to meet the team, see examples of their work, learn about the different sessions on offer, and sign up if you’d like to take part.

The Artful Hub is based at Slough Museum and delivers a wide range of craft sessions across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. They also run family craft sessions for parents and children and will be using the Spencer Denney Centre on selected Saturdays from September.
