Events and Social Groups

This group meets on the 4th Sunday of each month at the Spencer Denney Centre. The doors open at 10:00 Most dietary requirements can be catered for, if we know about them in advance. We ask you to discuss your needs when you book. Cost is £10 a head.

 Booking is required by the Thursday prior to the Breakfast.

This group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Spencer Denney Centre. The doors open at 11:30 for a 12:00 lunch and close at 13:00. There is a set two course meal and most dietary requirements can be catered for. We ask you to discuss your needs when you book. Cost is £10 a head.

 Booking is required on the Thursday prior to the lunch, ie. the last Thursday of the month and the second Thursday of the month.

By popular demand we hold quizz afternoons the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. These are social groups with refreshments and having a bit of fun. they start at 13:00 and then finish when we run out of steam usually 14:00.  Cost of refreshments is £1 and the quiz is £1 per person.  We cover a great number of topics as suggested by the group and they are suitable for all people so you don’t need to be a Boffin to enjoy them.

This group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month 13:00-14:30 to cook a two course meal or other things that the group is intersted in. The group is run by our Chef Trevor who has a wealth of experience and loves to cook. so come along share you love of cooking, learn something new or just have fun. No experince necessary and most dieatry requiements can be catered for. £10 per person.

The Centre is open on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 for anyone wishing to join others in activities. Working with the Artfulhub we are running a monthly craft morning fro £7. 9:30-12:30  with refreshments. Each month is different and all the materials and instruction will be provided. The crafts include paper weaving baskets, large stone painting, wool murals etc.  No experience is necessary. Upcoming dates are 20th January 2026, 24th February 2026, 17th March 2026, 21st April 2026, 19th May 2026, 23rd June 2026, 30th June 2026. These may be subject to change nearer the time so please check what dates they are running.

This group meets once a month on the fourth Tuesday in each month 13:00-15:00 for afternoon tea and an hours entertainment from a live performer. Please ask for up coming dates. Cost is £7 a head. Booking is essential and can be done by calling us 01753 860685 or emailing info@ageconcernwindsor.org.uk by the third Thursday in the month.

Is held on the second Sunday of the month, at the Spencer Denney Centre, when we serve a sumptuous three course roast dinner. The Club will be open from 11:30 and closes at 14:30. Morning refreshments will be served at tables on arrival. Booking is essential by the Thursday prior to the lunch- 1^st or 2^nd Thursday in the month (depending on the on the month) and can be done by calling 01753 860685 or emailing info@ageconcernwindsor.org.uk  Cost of a Sunday Lunch is £12 per head.
