New Mens Breakfast to compliment our Brunches

It has been many years since I first started talking about running a Men’s Breakfast. I’m sure most people thought it would never happen. With so few men only groups we have been hoping to get something started and this year we are very please to say that we are doing a Mens’ Breakfast once a month on the 4th Sunday, starting on the 22nd of February.

We have run two Brunches that have been open to anyone and the next one is planned for Saturday 14th March however we are keen to run an all men’s group and we thought a Mens Breakfast would be a nice start.  No entertainer just good old fashioned chatter and food, at least for the first one. 

Mens groups are few and far between everywhere and Windsor is no different. While it would be lovely to think that men are getting enough social contact, we fear that they are not, and that they would really like are more men only groups.

We have the potential to include talks from local people if this would be welcomed and the Centre already has board games, cards and newspapers, that we hope people will take advantage of.
